TERMS OF SERVICE

✦ Payments are only made through Paypal. No refunds (unless I am unable to finish the commission due to personal issues.)
✦ The work may take up to 2 months to be finished. Unless it is a priority commission, then the work will be finished on the agreed deadline.
✦ You cannot claim any of my art or designs as your own. Be sure to credit me when posting on other sites.
✦ You will be receiving the digital art file, not a physical print.
✦ Do not use any of my art for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned from commissioning.
✦ I have the right to decline commission requests if I believe I am unable to draw your design, or if I am uncomfortable drawing the design.
✦ I only work with finished character designs, not descriptions.
✦ I do not draw NSFW or GORE. Light NSFW is fine - underwear, nudity. Light gore is fine aswell.
✦ As an artist, I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork: posting on my sites, speedpaints, presenting it in my portfolio. If you wish to keep your commission private it may cost extra.
✦ Please make sure to save the commission within 1-2 weeks from receiving it. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the files are not lost. If there are any issues with saving the final commission files, please let me know as soon as possible.Payment Process
✦ Payments will only be in USD and accepted through Paypal.
✦ Commission payments will be made upfront.
✦ Your order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 48 hours.
✦ If I am unable to do your commission, you will be fully refunded.Working Process
There will be three updates during the whole process. After receiving the customer's commission request, a draft sketch will be sent for the customer's approval. Afterwards, a revised sketch will be sent for a second approval. Then, you will receive updates during the colouring and rendering process. During this process, please state any changes that should be made. Once everything is approved, the artwork will be finalized.You will always receive a PNG file of your artwork, along with a small watermark.Please be certain of any listed changes for I will only make a limited amount of edits. After the artwork is finalized, if you wish to make changes that were not mentioned beforehand, a fee will be required depending on the changes. Any mistakes or wrong details I have made on my side will be fixed for free.Priority Commission
You can order a priority commission if you wish to skip the waitlist and get the commission finished by a deadline. The price for a priority commission will go up to 70% of the base price.What is Personal Use and Commercial Use?
"Personal use" signifies the use of an item, property, or service for personal enjoyment or benefit, rather than for business, investment, or income-generating purposes. Using the artwork as a wallpaper/pfp or printing for yourself (not for selling purposes) is personal use."Commercial use" refers to any activity or purpose that involves using something for business or profit-making, such as selling, promoting, or advertising a product or service. Any use that could generate income, whether it is posting on a social media platform that are able to gain profit (YouTube, Twitch, etc...) or marketing brands, is commercial use.
